My Approach
Mostly Candid, With a Little Direction
Most couples tell me they feel awkward in front of a camera. That's completely normal, and it's exactly what these sessions are for. We'll walk, talk, and move through a few simple prompts — and the photos that come out of it look like you, not like a pose you had to hold.
I'll guide you gently when you need it: where to put your hands, how to stand so the light falls the way I want, when to slow down and just look at each other. The rest of the time, I'm simply paying attention — catching the laugh, the glance, the way you reach for each other without thinking about it.
No stiff choreography, no long lists of instructions. Just an easy hour (or two) that leaves you with photographs you actually recognize yourselves in.
